While on an ordinary kayaking trip, teenager Josh has a terrible accident, and seemingly drowns right in front of his dad, and two of his closest friends. While he is miraculously brought back to life, he immediately feels different. Soon he begins to lose chunks of time, with no recollection of where he was or what he did; his personality starts to change, his relationships with family and friends crumble; and the kind and caring kid that everyone knew, is suddenly unrecognzable. Something changed the day they pulled him out of the water, and now everyone is in danger, including Josh. A new ghost story that looks at what lies on the other side, and what happens when it finds its way back.
